From Educators to Educators/From Teachers to Teachers
Attending Science on Stage in Europe is a wonderful opportunity to share innovative practices with our fellow teachers.
Meetings are rich with information and ideas which can be exported in our own classrooms.
Each country sends educators called delegates and has a quota. Canada’s participation is at 5 delegates.
To attend Science on Stage Europe, a delegate must first attend one of Science on Stage Canada’s own editions. Then, the potential delegate must contact the selection committee of SoSC which will choose the best projects/educator to represent Canada.
In Europe, the delegate’s hotel, registration and meals during the event are covered by SonS’ host organization. The delegate must find his or her own funding for travel to Europe. SoSC agrees to write letters of support for delegates who wish to contact potential sponsors.
